Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS 

We do not offer returns for change of mind, returns are only accepted for faulty items which must be issued within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. 

EXCHANGES

Please return the item you wish to exchange and we will provide you with a store credit to place a new order. Exchanges must be issued within 7 days of you receiving you parcel. Store credit provided will be valid for 6 months.

The customer is responsible for return post and will be charged postage again for the new order placed. 

We recommend you send your return parcel with a tracking number, we can not take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. 

Exchanges that are damaged, show signs of wear, do not have their original tags attached or are a sale item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. 

HOW TO ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE 

All refunds and exchanges can be issued via our 'contact' page, please ensure to include your name, email, phone number and reason for return or exchange. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
